for The Grid (online). I mean I’m talking xoJane, the Hairpin, Jezebel, Hello Giggles, and locals She Does the City and Pink Mafia. Grading them, too, but to each her own pluses and minuses, I guess. Spoiler alert: the Hairpin wins my heart, Jezebel probably still has my head. But I kinda want to know what you think, so comment away, or email.
We’re going to Palm Springs, California, and these are some of the things we’re bringing:

3. My new bikini, Insight, which I bought mostly cos it’s named “Playground Love” like the Air theme in Virgin Suicides, although really, they should have thought about how totally pedo that sounds; the Saturdays Surf trunks I bought him at J+0.
4. Always stripes. APC, H&M, Mikkat Market.
5. My reading. Yes, I’m bringing Desert of the Real because we’re going to the real desert. WHAT.
6. Nailpolish. Mint, lilac, citric yellow, pale sky blue.
7. Sunnies, a nail file and NARS lipstick in “Schiap.”
8. His carry-on and cheap new espadrilles or something from H&M.
9. My Julian Louie x ALDO shoe(s), a vintage floral shirt, a bag I once found on the side of the road.
